I find that there are too many electrolyte drinks that contain wayyyyyyyyy too much suger. This cuts out all that extra none sense, and gives you exactly what you need. Simple, and well done. Highly recommend

I love that there is no sugar in this - I can add sweetener (or not) for those times when I feel like I need the electrolytes but not all the carbs.

This drink mix has been a game changer for me at work. I am a medical provider and on my feet a lot so finding a drink mix to stay hydrated throughout the day has been AMAZING.

I was not able to drink the lemon lime flavored mix. It hurt my mouth and gave me a stomach ache. The tangerine one was a bit better and easier to drink with only half the packet. I do like how hydrated I feel after drinking them though! I recommend trying the other flavors because the results are great.

As always, the ingredients you use are of utmost importance. Everyday Hydration does have ingredients I’d consume. The test is subtle, not too sweet or strong which I like. I’d like to see more minerals incorporated. I feel like I could get the same benefits from just adding quality salt and a squeeze of lemon to main water.

I wish this had a stronger flavor. There's nothing wrong with it and I assume it's helping me hydrate better than just water, but the taste is just a little light for me.

Wish there was a touch more flavor/sweetness, ends up tasting a little like hard water. Good balance of electrolytes though, and combines well with other mixes if you need an extra electrolyte kick
