Sport Hydration + Bottle

This is a good mix to use of you need both calories and electrolytes

I have been using Skratch products for the last several years and have been pleased with the quality, taste, and its hydration ability. But I recently purchased a packet of Apple Cider flavored hydration sports drink mix. The taste was a mild cider flavor along with a heavy cinnamon flavor. The mix did not totally dissolve in water and consistently settled out to the bottom of my water bottle. This created a gritty consistency to the drink which scratches the throat when swallowed. Consequently, I don't recommend this flavor (if Skratch brings it back in the fall).

I dislike the taste and I feel like it’s too salty for me. It makes me feel very bloated. I wanted to love it so sad so sorry.

Great tasting easy on the stomach

I have to be very careful in my choices for re-hydration during and after playing Pickleball in the Florida humidity. I am gluten-intolerant and also cannot stomach a lot of the artificial sugars or sugar substitutes. No problems here. Not too sweet, which is wonderful. Thank you!

I live the strawberry lemonade. Not too sweet and delivers what I need especially in sweaty FL summer long runs. Fan for life.

I’ve been using the lemon lime before hikes, runs, stairmaster, you name it. You’ll notice the difference in your workout immediately. This stuff has saved me in recovery from intense workout nausea and headaches! Couldn’t recommend more

I love the mix of carbs to sodium. As a heavy sweat athlete doing Ironman finding the right amount of sodium has been hard. I take two scoops for every bottle and have found my true measure. To make things better the cucumber lime flavor is easy on my taste buds so that i can drink it pretty much the entire 15 hours and change that i am out there. Love it, dont take it back.

Lemon lime is my favorite flavor! I use it before every jiujitsu session. Perfect for combat athletes.

Love this product. Great for re-hydration without the sugar and carbs. Not to salty.
