Agreement to Rules: By participating in the giveaway outlined herein (the “giveaway”), you, the participant (“You” or “Your”), agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these giveaway rules (the “Rules”), as established by Skratch Labs LLC (“Skratch Labs LLC”, “We”, or “Us”). You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements herein. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Skratch Labs LLC as final and binding as it relates to the execution of the giveaway and the interpretation of these Rules.
2. Giveaway Rules: In order to enter the Giveaway You Must:

3. Giveaway Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who (i) comply with these Rules, (ii) are eighteen years old as of the date of entry, and (iii) are legal residents of the United States. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by such laws.
4. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will run from July 6th 2023 at 9am PST until July 20th 2023 at 9am PST. The winners will be notified via Instagram comments or Direct Messages.
5. Prizes:
The 3 winners of the Giveaway will receive:
i. 1 pair of @Rungoodr sunglasses
ii. Skratch Labs Fueling Kit
iii. Selected pair of underwear in their size from Shinesty Threads
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Skratch Labs LLC’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Skratch Labs LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be notified by direct message or comments via the social media account they entered by or via the email address they provide if they entered by email. If winners do not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected by choosing the next highest score on the leaderboard. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (DETERMINED AT Skratch Labs LLC‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE giveaway, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
