Perfect for on the go hydration without the sugar

As the title says, the everyday hydration powder is ideal for when you need some electrolytes but don't want the sugar or calories. The flavor is excellent though maybe a bit too mild if you want to mix up more than 12oz.

Great to have on hand

I like to have this mix on hand for those days when I'm feeling a bike hangover--a little headachy from less than optimal hydration on ride the day before. (Despite my best efforts!) Usually a packet of hydration mix does the trick, with no need for pain relievers.

First of all I don’t like super sweet drinks of any kind (except chocolate milk/recovery drink!) but I feel that the everyday drink is lacking something (sugar?) or contains too much (sodium?) for my taste. Although it’s not horrible. Personally, I guess I love the hydration Skratch…..
I still need a bit of sugar to balance the sodium. I would rather dilute my hydration Skratch than drink the everyday. :/

Skratch has no added sugar or preservatives. Just electrolytes your body needs to stay hydrated

I am so glad Skratch offered a free sample of the everyday drink mix. The lemon-lime tastes like it's freshly squeezed! I will be ordering a larger quantity next time:)

Best Added to Sports Hydration Drink Mix

I find the extra sodium and very little flavor is perfect to add to my Sports Hydration Drink mix for warm or long day's workouts.
