Simple!

Love using this for travel this summer to stay hydrated on planes and walking around hot cities! I didn’t need the heavy hydration of the sports mixes since I wasn’t exercising, so this was a perfect option. Plus it’s low volume (a tiny scoop compared to the regular Skratch) so it doesn’t take up room in a suitcase/cary on!

Summer Savior

The Unsweetened Daily Hydration has been my savior during this super hot summer while working outside! I work on an urban farm and sure get my sweat on! Getting those electrolytes in regularly has kept me going each day, feeling balanced. The salted margarita flavor is refreshing - perfectly limey and salty. Sure is a lot better than plain ole water!

Great for keeping hydrated without too much sweetness

This is a great on-the-go thing to keep in your bag when you find yourself behind on hydration for the day. It's not especially sweet (maybe under-sweetened I'd say, and I like less sweet drink mixes) but is great for when I'm feeling a bit low from under-hydration. When I have a long flight I'll throw a couple of these in my carryon and mix them with water.

Goodness without the carbs

There are a lot of times that I am going on a short enough ride that I don't really need carbs but long enough that some electrolytes are a good idea - and I have fallen in love with this everyday mix! I use more of it than regular Skratch now! If you just don't need carbs on every workout, this is a great alternative.

Senior Swimmer/Leg cramps

I am a 74 yr old swimmer and compete in USMS swimming. I tend to get leg cramps after swimming in a cold lap pool. I drink Skratch during my 60-90 minute swim daily and it keeps me hydrated and best of all, No leg cramps. I used Skratch as a runner and decided to try it on my swims, very pleased with the results!

Hits the Spot

We used the special Salted Margarita flavor during our summer backpacking trip in Montana. Covering 58 miles and 12000+ ft elevation, much off trail, for 8 days of exertion made us thirsty! The everyday hydration gave us the electrolytes when we didn't need fuel. Of course, we also used skratch fuel & recovery on our trip, but that is another review! I sometimes skimp on the recommend dosage, but here I did a full up amount. Downside was thinking it would have been nice to pack some tequila.
