So good!

This is one of the favorite parts of my workouts. As soon as I'm done with a long ride I mix up a drink, sit down and review my data. It puts the perfect cap on my type 2 fun.

Best post workout mix

After a long run this mix works great so you can either recover better by refilling your glycogen stores or even works intra-workout to give you a boost without the upset stomach. I really like the horchata mix!

Chocolate - so tasty and convenient

I really enjoy the chocolate after a long bike ride. Tastes great, lactose free, and help to prevent “binge-eat” spree after the workout. Instead, I am happier with a normal meal to continue refueling after having had the recovery drink.

It's just great

I've used the chocolate recovery drink mix several times, and it's just great. Not only does it taste right, especially after a hard workout, but it instantly makes me feel better, as if it kick-started my recovery.

Skratch recovery for the win

My best friend raved about using Skratch recovery (chocolate) for post-ride and run goodness. I have started using it recently and have noticed a significant difference in how I feel after long days in the saddle. The best part is how well I feel on consecutive days of working out.
