I have been using skratch for a few years now. On and off I try different products as variety is always is the spice of life. However, I always go back to skratch and it's the only product I use on race days.

Some of the more subtle flavors out there that are not overly sweet. I would recommend this to anyone who is pushing their body to preform. Skratch has helped me over the nutritional humps you can find yourself in.
