Another solid product from a brand I trust

I’ve used the Vegan Chocolate Recovery powder to both make Cold Brew and Overnight Oats before and after runs or my shifts at the warehouse I work. An ingredients list I don’t have to ask questions about helps a lot.

Oat Milk Latte Lover

If you’re a fan of café lattes, don’t sleep on the Vegan Oat Milk Latte recovery mix. It has a creamy, coffee flavor that tastes great after a workout or a long run. It’s also delicious mixed with brewed coffee for a flavor boost. It has 56mg of caffeine per serving but I haven’t felt jittery or had trouble with sleep. As a latté lover, this is my new favorite recovery shake!

All around excellent

This is my family's go-to for recovery, we prefer it to the more traditional protein mixes we usually purchase. The flavors are excellent (shoutout to strawberry & cream specifically) and it mixes thoroughly for a good overall experience. Highly recommend!

Best tasting recovery mix

I started using the recovery mix during a long distance hike and it worked so well I’ve started using it post run during my regular life! Unlike other mixes I’ve tried, it actually tastes good and dissolves all the way without that gritty texture. I have only tried the chocolate flavor but it is awesome hot or cold! Definitely recommend to recover muscles or supplement calories during endurance events.

Missing the Coffee flavor

I love this recovery mix. It’s one of the only ones I can drink that doesn’t upset my stomach after a hard workout. The chocolate and horchata are both excellent but coffee was my absolute favorite and I miss it so much already! Tried to replace it with the new oatmilk latte flavor and it’s a miss for me. A little too oaty.

Horchata is the best!

Sometimes I ride my bike just so I can have Horchata recovery mix. It is so good! I love it. I've had this in my kitchen for the last 4 years for whenever I have a long ride or workout. It's the best!

It keeps me feeling fresh!

I throw back the recovery mix after every workout. I'm not sure of the why or the how, but I have noticed less soreness and a little more bounce in my step the next day. Horchata is my favorite, but I rotate the strawberry in every so often so I don't get tired of either flavor.
