our story
What started with a secret drink mix and a mission to help people be better has become something more. At Skratch Labs, we’ve coached Olympians, hand-fed Tour de France teams, and powered training sessions around the world with real food, real science, and real intention. We learned that performance isn’t just about calories or carbs—it’s about care. About the conversations around the table. About how we show up for one another, in sport and in life.

Almost everything on our menu is gluten-free. That said, we do not have a gluten-free certified kitchen as we sometimes prepare gluten-rich items for ourselves and for catering events.
Absolutely. All of our rice bowls and salads start out as vegan dishes. From there you can add egg if you’re a vegetarian or animal protein if you prefer.
Yes, as long as it’s between the hours of 5 to 9 pm. If you’d like us to also cater an in-house event, just let us know and our team will assess if we can help.
