Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles
Our Sport Hydration Mix isn't like any other sports drink...and so it only makes sense that it wouldn't make just any other popsicle!
You could make your own homemade lemonade (or limeade!) to mix up these popsicles but the store-bought variety will work just fine. A little lime zest or even some freshly grated ginger are nice additions to dress up your popsicles too. Whatever you do, make sure that you have 24 oz of liquid before freezing, enough popsicles for you and 5 of your friends!
Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles
16 oz of lemonade
1-2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
1 single serving of Sport Hydration Mix with Lemons + Limes
lime or lemon zest or freshly grated ginger (optional)
In a blender or food processor, combine the lemonade Sport Hydration Mix and just one handful of blueberries. Measure the mixture and add whole blueberries to make 24 oz of liquid. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and allow to freeze for 8 hours until firm. Enjoy!
