Skratchacolada
Skratch staff member Eric is pro when it comes to blended beverages. He grew up in Florida, managed a bar, and is an avid cyclist... who better to make a spiked Skratch beverage! Here is his go-to for using the limited edition Skratch Sport Hydration Pineapple.
Skratchacolada
1/4 pineapple skinned/cored/sliced
1 whole mango cut up
3/4 can Coco Lopez
2 scoops Skratch Pineapple dissolved in 6oz of water
6oz of spiced rum
1 1/2oz Dark rum
- Mix pineapple, mango, Coco Lopez, Skratch and spiced rum in a blender with +/- 4 cups of ice depending on your preferred consistency.
- Chop then blend till smooth.
- Pour in zombie or hurricane glass
- Float with dark rum
Garnish with pineapple leaves, pineapple slice, coconut flakes and Skratch Sour Cherry chews.
